• How much does a custom cake cost? Quotes are based on the size, intricacy of design and additional decorations such as toppers, florals and handcrafted detailing.

• Do you take a deposit? Payment in full is required when booking an order.

• Can I cancel an order? If you need to cancel, 50% of the payment is refundable, or you may be able to transfer your payment to a different date, depending on availability.

• What is the recommended lead time for booking? As early as possible, with 4-6 weeks being ideal. If you have a specific date in mind, please reach out to check my availability

• How should I securely transport my cake? Your cake should be placed on a flat surface, either in the passenger side footwell or in the boot and keep the car cool during your journey. Additionally, when handling the cake box, do not tilt and try to keep it as level as possible.
